Account Coordinator

Job Summary:
This is an internal role that focuses on coordinating information in order to support one, or multiple, groups throughout the organization in various stages of multiple projects. The role requires developing skills and learning the basics of the healthcare industry and company process as well as anticipation, attention to detail and ability to multitask-moving from project to project. This individual must be able to respond quickly and to establish solid partnerships and trust with colleagues, vendors and clients.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Supports team in the development of materials and logistical planning
  • Leads team logistics and project details (updates team status reports, project timelines, calendar entries, etc)
  • Learns Relevate product offerings and capabilities and where they fit within both the healthcare industry and the client’s environment
  • Takes initiative to learn from more senior members of the team
  • Meets goals and strives to prioritize tasks
  • Keeps things moving forward in a proactive fashion and communicates deadlines
  • Follows Relevate processes and systems as outlined by the team lead
  • Attends status calls/updates with vendors and clients contributing where applicable
  • Creates and sends out meeting agendas and summaries
  • Communicates with clients and management, on requests, in a timely manner
  • Initiates timely and effective communication between internal teams and departments
  • Assists in management and preparation of files for various review committees
  • Helps with research and various data collection, compiling spreadsheets
  • Assists in managing vendors (creates/updates spec sheets, keeps track of costs)
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Works within budget and timeline parameters
  • Utilizes project management skills Demonstrates math aptitude

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing)
  • Prior Agency or Healthcare experience is helpful

  • Ability to work in an office environment within close proximity to coworkers (cubicle environment)
