Account Executive

Job Summary:
The Account Executive assumes day-to-day ownership of individual projects and work flow. You will accept and prioritize delegated assignments from senior staff and will focus on core skills and experiences that are required to get the job done right. This person is a subject matter expert who leads complex projects and processes and is a strong strategic leader who shows integrity in all aspects of work. Experience in Client Service is desired (3+years).

Responsibilities

  • Masters Relevate’s processes and product offerings and understands how they fit into the healthcare and marketing industries
  • Consistently monitors projects and communicates to the client
  • Serves as project steward to all internal departments and external vendors
  • Develops materials and leads logistical planning
  • Proactively identifies and solves problems that could put timelines in jeopardy
  • Contributes insights, feedback and asks probing questions
  • Maintains focus on goals, priorities and budget
  • Leads budget reconciliation and job profitability analysis
  • Shows initiative in managing projects and processes and recommends alternate solutions
  • Anticipates client needs or requests and uses a sense of urgency in communications
  • Moves beyond being an order taker by gaining client confidence
  • Serves as a subject matter expert who leads complex projects and processes
  • Sets a strong example for junior members of the team

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing)
  • Familiarity working within small / fast paced / growth oriented business environment
  • 3+ years experience in Client Service (eg. Advertising, Marketing, Account Management) Pharma/Biotech experience preferred

Workplace Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office environment within close proximity to coworkers (cubicle environment)
